Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of ZevWorkspace (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

The Service

ZevWorkspace provides a customer-relationship-management and project management platform. We may update, improve, or modify features over time; we'll give reasonable notice of any changes that materially reduce functionality for paying customers.

Your account

You sign in via ZevID, our single sign-on identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your ZevID credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Send spam, phishing content, malware, or other harmful material via the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces, the underlying infrastructure, or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond what our published APIs allow.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content as necessary to operate the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train machine-learning models.

Fees

Pricing is published at the dashboard's billing page once a workspace is on a paid plan. Free workspaces remain free under the limits in effect at the time. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least the same level of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and not less than a reasonable standard of care.

Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your workspace from the dashboard. We can terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, Your Content is deleted within 30 days unless we're required to retain it.

Warranties + disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-product or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
